Acting as a Representative Payee, Joint Neighborhood Ministry assists individuals receiving Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) with budgeting and managing finances.  Clients are referred to JNM through the Social Security Administration based on the determination that the recipient needs assistance with managing their financial affairs.
